Scope
Deployment of new Election System for the City & County of San Francisco. Including; installation, customization, testing and election day support.
Deliverable
- Completed final contract sign off and approvals.
- Engaged with Vendor to develop implementation timeline and deliverable.
- Prepared and maintained project plans and tracked activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
- Reviewed Election Code to determine activities required to support legal deployment.
- Provided new department procedures for poll leads and workers.
- Managed the Logic & Accuracy Testing for the 2000 Presidential Election (+100,000 Ballots voted).
- Presented new voting system features & functionality to the Mayor, city staff, and Grand Jury.
- Supported Election Day Support Team's & Polling locations; troubleshooting voting machine errors.
- Managed the counting of all absentee ballots.
- Reviewed and releases all election results to State and media.
- Supported Provisional ballot counting, recounts and 2nd Run Off elections within 186 days.
