Scope

Deployment of new Election System for the City & County of San Francisco. Including; installation, customization, testing and election day support.

 

Deliverable

  • Completed final contract sign off and approvals.
  • Engaged with Vendor to develop implementation timeline and deliverable.
  • Prepared and maintained project plans and tracked activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
  • Reviewed Election Code to determine activities required to support legal deployment.
  • Provided new department procedures for poll leads and workers.
  • Managed the Logic & Accuracy Testing for the 2000 Presidential Election (+100,000 Ballots voted).
  • Presented new voting system features & functionality to the Mayor, city staff, and Grand Jury.
  • Supported Election Day Support Team's & Polling locations; troubleshooting voting machine errors.
  • Managed the counting of all absentee ballots.
  • Reviewed and releases all election results to State and media.
  • Supported Provisional ballot counting, recounts and 2nd Run Off elections within 186 days.
