Scope

Manage the Enterprise Top Accounts Program.    This program include Strategic Account Planning, Executive Sponsor and Engineering Liaison elements.

 

Deliverable

  • Define fiscal goals and business objectives with Sales & Customer Services organizations.
  • Create Strategic materials, Processes, Tools and Templates for these key programs.   
  • Develop program Training and Communications materials.    Using Portal, SharePoint and SaleForce Chatter.
  • Document business requirements for engagement with SalesForce Sales Ops Team and schedule functionality releases with team.
  • Define SOW for external Vendors, and work with Procurement on bi-annual RFP and Vendor selections.
  • Manage the Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Budget for the programs.   Including the associated T&E for engaged resources.   Manage Vendor SLA, Invoice and Training.
  • Produce Status Reporting for internal team and exective stakeholders.
