Scope
Managed the global aggregate project demand for the Finance Business Intelligence (BI) requests. Operationalize the Center of Excellance (COE) for BI strategy, processes, templates and internal program key performance indicators.
Deliverable
- Defined and managed the operational model for the Center of Excellence (COE) with the department management.
- Determined and recommend programmatic approaches for fiscal goals.
- Supported the monitoring of budget to spend. Track Software License purchases for the wider Finance user community.
- Created program materials in support of; process, tools, templates, success metrics and communications.
- Setup ServiceNow Demand Management for incoming demand, and aligned with IT on approach to engage business partners for prioritization of backlog.
- Supported Finance Business Units aggregating project requests and communication program processes to their extended teams.
- Managed the Finance Advocate, Voting Members and Executive SteerCo meetings, and create materials to support these updates.
- Produced regular program status reporting for all interested user communities.
