Scope

Provide cross Global Business Services operations support for Finance iniaitives, including Executive KPI Dashboard, Operations Reviews, Training Portal Website, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

 

Deliverable

  • Created program Policy, Process, Templates and Quarterly KPI Reporting for Global Sales Hardware Loaner programs.  
  • Manage Annual / Quarterly Fiscal Budgets.   Work with 10 Global Divisional Leads to aggregate budgets, and seek SVP approvals.
  • Manage Vendors providing program logistical support.  USA & Germany based.  Annual SOW negotiations with local teams and vendors.   Monitor vendor’s processes, SLA, reporting & payments.
