Scope
Manage projects for the design, development and implementation of an enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture.
Deliverable
- Prepared the Project Charter where the goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, organizational structure, team organization, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure and deliverables are identified and defined.
- Prepared and maintained project plans and tracked activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
- Defined business processes and policies related to controlling access to systems and applications
- Developed Business Integration model for Entitlements & Identity Management solution for internal applications (+600).
- Defined Enterprise Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Model in conjunction with Business & IT team's.
- Defined with application development team application provisioning and authorization requirements processes and tools.
- Ensured Corporate Privacy, Security, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Governance model was deployed successfully using the infrastructure and supporting processes.
