Scope
Manage projects for the design, development and implementation of an enterprise Portal architecture. Includes; Internal & External facing portals for Employee, Customer, Partner and Supplier.
Deliverable
- Prepared the Project Charter's where the goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, organizational structure, team organization, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure and deliverables are identified and defined.
- Prepared and maintained project plans and tracked activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
- Aligned Business and Sun Goals for the delivery of these services (Sun on Sun Goals). IDM, Portals, etc.
- Provided Cost Benefit Analysis / Return on Investment (ROI).
- Developed Proof of Concept (POC) for new business portal.
- Defined Enterprise Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Model in conjunction with Business & IT team's.
- Coordinated IT Unit, System and End to End Testing. Liaison with Business for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Development of Request for Proposal (RFP); Vendor Management Task for engagements (Billing, Resources, Planning, etc.).
- Developed the Business Requirements, Training and Support Materials (Resolution Center).
