Scope

Manage projects for the design, development and implementation of an enterprise Portal architecture. Includes; Internal & External facing portals for Employee, Customer, Partner and Supplier.

 

Deliverable

  • Prepared the Project Charter's where the goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, organizational structure, team organization, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure and deliverables are identified and defined.
  • Prepared and maintained project plans and tracked activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
  • Aligned Business and Sun Goals for the delivery of these services (Sun on Sun Goals). IDM, Portals, etc.
  • Provided Cost Benefit Analysis / Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Developed Proof of Concept (POC) for new business portal.
  • Defined Enterprise Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Model in conjunction with Business & IT team's.
  • Coordinated IT Unit, System and End to End Testing. Liaison with Business for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Development of Request for Proposal (RFP); Vendor Management Task for engagements (Billing, Resources, Planning, etc.).
  • Developed the Business Requirements, Training and Support Materials (Resolution Center).
