  • Transformation Program

    Delivering Change Management & Readiness solutions for a multiple year enterprise transformation program.  Partnered with IT & Business (Finance, Sales, Internal Resources, Consultants) to assess change impacts, develop change management deliverable, and operationally track to completion

  • Finance BI COE Program

    Finance Business Intelligence Center of Excellance program for the aggregation of business users requests for finance analytics and reporting.

  • Enterprise Top Accounts Program

    Enterprise Top Accounts Program which included Strategic Account Planning, Executive Sponsor and Engineering Liaison elements.

  • Global Hardware Sales Loaner

    Global Business Services operations support for Finance iniaitives, including Executive KPI Dashboard, Operations Reviews, Training Portal Website, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

  • Gobal Business Services

    Cross Global Business Services operations support for Finance iniaitives, including Executive KPI Dashboard, Operations Reviews, Training Portal Website, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

  • Software Integration for Company Merger

    Provide a temporary integration for Oracle and Sun (Services, Finance, Marketing, etc) departments (Oracle ERP platform).  While company merger activities are underway.

  • Production Operations Shared Services

    Design & Implement a centralized Production Operations Business Shared Services model for on-going management of Oracle ERP application.

  • Oracle ERP Upgrade

    IT Software Deployment Project for upgraded Oracle ERP. Replacing +1200 existing applications.

  • IT Disaster Recovery & BCP PMO

    Program Management Office (PMO) implementing corporate application & infrastructure projects in our IT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity strategic initiative.

  • Change & Access Control Program

    Program Management Office (PMO) for the Change & Access Control compliance projects.

  • Enterprise Data Management & Access Program

    Deploy Enterprise Data Management & Access governance model, strategy & policies.

  • Identity Management Program

    Multiple year projects for the design, development and implementation of an enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture.

  • Internal and External Portal Program

    Manage projects for the design, development and implementation of an enterprise Portal architecture. Includes; Internal & External facing portals for Employee, Customer, Partner and Supplier.

  • Supply Chain Upgrade Project

    Upgrade implementation and configuration of Lawson Financials.

  • Elections System Upgrade

    Deployment of new Election System for the City & County of San Francisco.  Including; installation, customization, testing and election day support.

  • City & County Y2k Compliance Program

    City & County of San Francisco Year 2000 remediation, contingency planning and public eduction.

  • Tetra ERP Upgrade Project

    Upgrade BBC Tetra (ERP) application, including Interface customization.

  • Securities Reconciliation Officer

    Reconciliation of (+ 60) Nostro accounts daily for international trade transactions ($10M Daily). 

  • Retail Banking & Call Center Deployment

    Implementation of Banking Call Center including IVR.  Provided personal retail banking services to bank customers.
