Scope
Delivering Change Management & Readiness solutions for a multiple year enterprise transformation program. Partnered with IT & Business (Finance, Sales, Internal Resources, Consultants) to assess change impacts, develop change management deliverable, and operationally track to completion. Reported to PMO Readiness Director as a trusted partner to drive adoption for tools and processes. Planned, scheduled, executed and monitored process improvement, communication and training activities of varying scope, sizes and durations.
Deliverable

Work with organizations project teams to help scope change management activities needed on various releases.

Develop and implement Change Management & Readiness deliverable including; Change Management Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategy, Communications Plan, Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy, Change Impact Assessment, Organizational Readiness Assessments, and others as defined.

Defined, implemented and monitor the Communications Strategy and Communications Plan regularly to make sure all key stakeholders are identified and being communicated to as planned.

Supported the development and delivery of key communications.

Proactively manage risks and issues; develop and execute risk response plans.

Measure, monitor and report work progress to ensure high-quality deliverable are produced.
