Scope

Delivering Change Management & Readiness solutions for a multiple year enterprise transformation program. Partnered with IT & Business (Finance, Sales, Internal Resources, Consultants) to assess change impacts, develop change management deliverable, and operationally track to completion. Reported to PMO Readiness Director as a trusted partner to drive adoption for tools and processes. Planned, scheduled, executed and monitored process improvement, communication and training activities of varying scope, sizes and durations.  

Deliverable

  • Work with organizations project teams to help scope change management activities needed on various releases.
  • Develop and implement Change Management & Readiness deliverable including; Change Management Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategy, Communications Plan, Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy, Change Impact Assessment, Organizational Readiness Assessments, and others as defined.
  • Defined, implemented and monitor the Communications Strategy and Communications Plan regularly to make sure all key stakeholders are identified and being communicated to as planned.
  • Supported the development and delivery of key communications.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues; develop and execute risk response plans.
  • Measure, monitor and report work progress to ensure high-quality deliverable are produced.
